Iraqi companies often demonstrate the presence of a technical and project management gap. IEDG employs international companies to manage projects and develop the technical and management capacity of these companies.
IEDG has a major function of organising major public-private projects which may not produce a high as return on investment as other options. We do this however, because these projects are essential to the economic development of Iraq and directly affect the lives of Iraqis.
